Not sure how to structure your event? Consider taking on a 24/7 challenge! Commit to doing an activity for 24 minutes a day for seven days. If you want to push your limits further, challenge yourself and your loved ones to walk/run/bike/swim/game for 24 hours over a period of seven days!
You can also get your gym or yoga/spin studio involved by asking for support with a charity class or donating space for your event.
