This Heart Month, I’m raising funds (and my heart rate) for St. Michael’s Hospital!
From February 1–28, I’ll move my body for 28 minutes each day. Any activity counts, and every move helps raise vital funds for St. Mike’s.
Every donation to my fundraiser helps advance exceptional care for all—fuelling groundbreaking research, providing life-saving equipment, creating state-of-the-art spaces, and supporting our most vulnerable community members.

This challenge is also dedicated to my Dad, who is turning 65 this month. This year marks five years since he suffered a stroke that affected the right side of his body. Through God’s help, he continues to work hard every day to regain the strength and independence he once had. Watching his resilience has made this cause deeply personal to me.
