This Heart Month, I’m raising funds (and my heart rate) for St. Michael’s Hospital!
From February 1–28, I’ll move my body for 28 minutes each day. Any activity counts, and every move helps raise vital funds for St. Mike’s.
Every donation to my fundraiser helps advance exceptional care for all—fuelling groundbreaking research, providing life-saving equipment, creating state-of-the-art spaces, and supporting our most vulnerable community members.

As we finished up celebrating the long weekend festivities, this week was much calmer than last week. We took the time to reset the home for the spring, and I was grateful for the loving people around me. Share

This week there were some more activity as we got ready for the long weekend. There was preparation for Valentine’s Day, Family Day, and, more importantly, Lunar New Year. I gotta say, we went out a LOT to make sure we had everything we needed to celebrate with close friends and family <3 Share
